Vacuum Crystallizers
For textile industries,sodium sulphate salts are used for the dyeing process. This salt isconcentrated by an evaporator up to 1.20 sp. gravity (nearly 22% salt content)and separated by Adiabatic Crystallizers or Vacuum Crystallizers.This crystallizer reduces temperature by adiabatic evaporation and reduces itssolubility to less than 5gram per liter from 22gram per liter. Insoluble saltsare crystallized as Na2SO4.10H2O. These salts are separated in a Notch filterand reused to process.
For sodium chloride and other salts, salts are separated from slurry solutionsby gravity in a conical clarifier and further separated by pusher centrifuge/centrifuge.We supply crystallizing units for various types of salts and products.
