Film Forced Circulation Evaporators

In Forced circulation system, liquid is circulated with high pressure and velocity. For that, we need high energy and heavy recirculation pump. For that, we offer combination of Film Forced Circulation Evaporators. This will help to avoid scaling due to high concentrations. This combination system is more efficient in high salt water where as insolubility increases with higher concentrations. We offer two falling film with one forced circulation system, three falling film with one forced circulation system to achieve desired concentration without scaling in last calendria. In our design, there is no need for additional steam for forced circulation. With also power saving is achieved by combination system.
