Biological System

Our biological system gives reduced chemical oxygen demand and biological oxygen demand with odourless output water. This will be suitable for most Reverse osmosis plants and avoid organic fouling in the system.

We offer anaerobic plants for high and heavy organic effluent. It digests and simplifies complex organic into simple and digestible organic forms. It helps to handle heavy or antics and is removed in aerobic systems. We provide a fine bubble diffuser that increases aeration capacity and is designed to give uniform distribution in the aeration tank. It gives good bacterial development and reduces the organic load.

Mixed liquor suspended solids MLSS is a bacteria culture that is settled in secondary clarifiers and clear water over flow from the secondary clarifier to the tertiary clarifier. Settled MLSS are continuously recycled to aeration tank for further organic reduction. Our Multi grade sand filter removes suspended solids and partial removal of iron and silica. We offer PLC based automation for as and filter that operates time dependent and differential pressure differences. So that it does automatic backwash with flushing as per our requirements.

We offer partial and fully automated effluent treatment plants as per customer requirements that control air blower, dosing systems, the output of treated water parameter with power saving by variable frequency drive, and chemical saving by automatic adjustments. It gives a constant and desired output of required water parameters. It gives uniform feed to the RO plant and the performance of the RO plant is stabilized.
